ORDERS

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. However, this does not mean the order has been validated. There is a 72-hour waiting period for your payment to be processed and approved, and for the brand to confirm stock availability. After this period, you will receive a confirmation email, at which point the delivery times will begin counting.

If any issue arises during the processing of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. If necessary, we will ask for additional information to proceed with your order.

All items are shipped directly from our partnered multi-brand stores or boutiques. If your order contains products from multiple stores, they will be shipped separately. You will receive emails with updates on the status of your order and delivery. For more details, visit the “MY ACCOUNT” section to track all statuses such as “preparing stock,” “billing,” “shipped,” and “delivered.”

Delivery time varies depending on the order type (domestic or international) and the delivery address you provide. For more information, please visit our DELIVERY section. If you do not receive your order, please contact us within 30 days after it has been shipped. After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Currently, we do not offer delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.

CANCELATIONS

Changed your mind?

No worries! You can easily cancel your order by following the steps below or by contacting Dalipe customer support. Please note that your statutory rights related to cancellation and withdrawal (as outlined in section 10 of our Terms and Conditions) remain unaffected.

To cancel your order:

  • Visit the ‘Orders and Returns’ section in your Dalipe account.

  • Select the items you wish to cancel and provide a reason for the cancellation.

We will send you an email confirming your cancellation. The cancellation will be processed within 72 business hours. Once your cancellation is processed, we will also notify you by email when the reimbursement is complete.

Custom orders can also be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

If the self-service cancellation option is unavailable, please contact Dalipe customer service for assistance.

If you choose to cancel your order before it’s prepared for shipment (typically before the shipping label is printed), your order will not be sent out, and you’ll receive a full refund, including any shipping charges. If you cancel after the order has been prepared for shipment (usually when the shipping label is printed), we provide a free return service. Once the returned items are received and accepted, we will issue a full refund, including the shipping costs. For further details on cancellations and returns, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy and section 10 of our Terms & Conditions.

If your order has already been prepared, cancellation is not possible, but we offer a free return service. For more information on canceling and returning orders, visit our Returns Policy.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

DELIVERY FOR DOMESTIC PRODUCTS

Dalipe delivers throughout Brazil via reliable couriers like DHL and/or the Post Office, depending on availability.

Products are shipped directly from our partner stores and sent to the address you provided.

Shipping is free for all domestic products.

Estimated delivery time is within 3-7 business days after your payment has been processed, which can take up to 72 hours.

To track your delivery, visit the courier’s website and enter the tracking number provided in the email we sent you.

All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates based on our logistics partner’s availability.

DELIVERY FOR INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTS

Dalipe delivers internationally via DHL.

The shipping cost for international products is R$ 99,00.

Products are shipped directly from our partner stores to the address you provided.

Estimated delivery time for international products is 3-7 business days after your payment has been processed, which can take up to 72 hours.

If DHL does not serve your region, your order will be processed and delivered by one of our other trusted couriers.

To track your delivery, visit DHL’s website and enter the tracking number we provide in the email.

Customs fees are already included in the final price.

Estimated delivery times are based on deliveries to São Paulo and major capitals. Delivery times to other locations may vary.

If the total cost of the product (including taxes, fees, and shipping) exceeds US$ 3,000.00 or the equivalent (based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase), the delivery time may exceed 7 business days.

In such cases, the transaction will no longer follow the Simplified Customs Dispatch procedure under Standard Instruction SRF 611/2006, and will instead be processed under the Customs Dispatch procedure, as outlined in Standard Instruction 680/2006 SRF. The final recipient may be notified by the Brazilian Federal Revenue if the product(s) are held for analysis by customs. Dalipe will always provide free administrative support if needed to assist in presenting any evidence to customs authorities.

DUTIES AND TAXES

At Dalipe, our prices include all additional costs related to customs clearance and local taxes. These charges are beyond our control. To determine the specific import taxes applicable to your order, we recommend reaching out to our logistics partner, DHL.

The Brazilian IRS has the authority to seize merchandise in order to verify and confirm the value of the imported goods.

If the total cost of the product (including taxes, fees, and shipping) exceeds US$ 3,000.00 or the equivalent based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase, the delivery time may exceed 7 business days.

When ordering within your own region, import duties do not apply. However, you may still be required to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For customers in countries like the UK, Canada, and the US, domestic taxes will be calculated and presented separately during the checkout process.

In such cases, the transaction will no longer fall under the Simplified Customs Dispatch procedure (SRF 611/2006) and will instead follow the Customs Dispatch procedure under SRF 680/2006. The final recipient may be notified by the Brazilian Federal Revenue if the product(s) are held for customs inspection. Dalipe will always offer free administrative assistance if you need to present documentation to customs authorities.

Important Notes Regarding Seized or Abandoned Orders:

If an order is seized or abandoned due to certain circumstances, neither Dalipe nor our partner stores can retrieve the order, and you may not be eligible for a refund. These circumstances include but are not limited to:

  • Failure to Provide Required Customs Documents: If your order is seized because you did not supply the necessary documents in a timely manner, and it cannot be recovered.

  • Refusal to Pay Customs Duties: If your order is seized and cannot be recovered because you refused to pay the applicable customs duties.

  • Unreachable Customer: If the order is seized because delivery attempts were unsuccessful and you were unreachable.

Because our products are made-to-order, production times can vary as each item is crafted specifically for you. For more details on production timelines, please refer to the product information page.
