RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Guidelines:

Please ensure that your product meets the return window before initiating the return.

IMPORTANT: We cannot accept return requests after this period.

Returned items must meet the following conditions in accordance with our return policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags and packaging included.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned, except if the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Footwear and accessories should be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where applicable, and properly packed inside a protective box for return.

  • Any item with a security tag or brand tag must be returned with the tag in its original position.

  • Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear must be returned with the hygiene seals intact and in unopened, undamaged packaging, where applicable.

  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept returns on worn or soiled items.

  • Jewelry must be returned in the same condition as it arrived, including all branded packaging and any documentation that was provided.

  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, as they are specifically created for you. Returns will only be accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.

HOW TO RETURN

Before returning your item, please ensure it complies with the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

If your item meets the return criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Dalipe account through the “Sign in” section using your email and password.

  2. Click on your name at the top right corner of the page, then select “My Account.” From there, go to the “My Orders and Returns” section.

  3. Choose the item you wish to return and click on “Return this item.”

  4. You will then receive a confirmation email for your return request. If the product is eligible for collection, two pick-up attempts will be made within three working days of your request. If the item is unavailable for pick-up during the first attempt, the collection will be canceled, and shipping will only be possible by contacting customer service, provided it’s still within the return window.

IMPORTANT: You will receive a completed courier form. Please ensure you sign in the marked area to proceed with the return.

Once the item is ready for return, pack it in the original box, attach the sales invoice and the return label to the outside of the package, ensuring both are visible for the carrier to handle.

Dalipe will arrange the collection from your delivery address.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect the condition within 72 working hours. If the item does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return and will send the product back to the original delivery address.

Refund to Your Dalipe Account

Note: This section does not apply to customers located in specific regions, such as Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Australia, or India.

For a smoother shopping experience, when you initiate a return through your Dalipe account, you may opt to receive a refund to your Dalipe account, which can be used for future purchases on our website. The refund amount will automatically be credited to your Dalipe account and applied to your next purchase. This refund will be valid for 5 years from the date of return acceptance (please refer to the rules on expiry below).

Dalipe, acting as an agent on behalf of our partners, offers you the option to receive your refund to your Dalipe account. By selecting this option, and if the return is accepted by the partner, the refund will be credited to your next purchase. By choosing this option, you acknowledge that you are waiving the right to receive a refund from the partner directly.

Please note:

  • The refund in your Dalipe account will expire after 5 years from the date your return is accepted, as shown in your account. If you do not make a purchase before the expiry date, the refund will no longer be available for future use.

  • Any available amount will be automatically applied to your next purchase on the website. If your purchase value is less than the available refund, the remaining balance will stay in your account and can be used for future purchases.

  • Refunds to your Dalipe account cannot be converted to cash, withdrawn, or transferred to anyone else. We reserve the right to cancel any refunds if fraudulent activity is detected during the return process.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match the description on our website, please contact Dalipe Customer Service immediately.

We will coordinate with our partner and arrange for the return of the faulty product. Depending on the situation, you may choose to receive a full refund to your original payment method or a refund to your Dalipe account, where available (subject to the terms above under “Refund to your Dalipe account”).

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS AND PROTECTIVE MASKS

Because custom orders are made specifically for you, and due to the personal nature of items like protective masks, we are unable to accept returns unless the items are damaged or defective upon delivery.

30-Day Return Guarantee for Defective Shoes

If you receive defective shoes, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. The shoes must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns for defects are free of charge. For more details, please contact our customer service team.
